Kachori - Bihari style

Ingredients For Dough Refined flour ------- 2 cups Ghee ----------------3 to 4 tbsp Carom seeds ------- 1/2 tsp Salt ----------------- 1/2 tsp For Stuffing Sattu --------------- 1 cup Onion --------------- 1 large Garlic --------------- 4 to 5 clove Green chilli --------- 4 to 5 Ginger -------------- 1 inch Onion seeds -------- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds ------- 1/2 tsp Lemon -------------- 1 medium Mustard oil --------- 1 tbsp Salt to taste ------- :) Oil for frying ------- :) Let's start Step 1.  Combine flour, carom seeds, ghee and salt in a bowl Step 2.   Add sufficient water and knead into a stiff dough and keep it aside. Step 3.  In a big bowl take sattu add salt carom seeds, finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and lemon juice. Mix it. Step 4.   Now add Mustard oil and mix it well.
