Ingredients Dry Ingredients All-purpose flour ----------- 2 cup Baking powder ------------- 1-1/2 tsp Baking soda ---------------- 1 tsp Pinch of salt Wet Ingredients Eggs ------------------------ 2 Sugar ---------------------- 1 cup Refined oil ---------------- 1/2 cup Yogurt --------------------- 1/2 cup Fresh orange juice -------- 1/2 cup Vanilla extract ------------- 1 tsp Orange zest ---------------- 1 tsp Preparation Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit (180 degree celsius) grease 8-inch or 9-inch cake tin with and dust it with a tablespoon of flour, keep aside. Step 2. In a bowl, sieve together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Step 3. In a large bowl, put yogurt, refined oil, vanilla extract, orange
