Sabudana is rich source of Vitamin B6, great source of Protein, high in Calcium, Magnesium, Iron which help to make bones stronger and very low in Cholesterol, it is Gluten-Free and Non-Allergic, so anybody can have. It is Prefect dish for "fasting" Ingredient Sabudana ------------------- 1 cup Potatoes medium ----------- 2 boiled Peanuts --------------------- 1 cup Curry leaves ---------------- 7 to 8 Ginger ---------------------- 1/2 inch Green chili ------------------ 2 to 3 Cumin seeds ---------------- 1 tsp Lemon juice ----------------- 1 tbsp Ghee / oil ------------------- 2 tbsp Sugar ----------------------- 1 tsp Coriander leaves as required Salt to taste ---------------- :) Let's Start Step 1.
