Ingredients For Dough Refined flour ------- 2 cups Ghee ----------------3 to 4 tbsp Carom seeds ------- 1/2 tsp Salt ----------------- 1/2 tsp For Stuffing Sattu --------------- 1 cup Onion --------------- 1 large Garlic --------------- 4 to 5 clove Green chilli --------- 4 to 5 Ginger -------------- 1 inch Onion seeds -------- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds ------- 1/2 tsp Lemon -------------- 1 medium Mustard oil --------- 1 tbsp Salt to taste ------- :) Oil for frying ------- :) Let's start Step 1.  Combine flour, carom seeds, ghee and salt in a bowl Step 2.   Add sufficient water and knead into a stiff dough and keep it aside. Stuffed Mango Kulfi

Ingredients  Full fat milk ------------- 1 litter Mango ------------------- 4  Cashew ------------------ 8 to 9 Almond ------------------ 5 to 8 Green cardamom ------- 2  Sugar ------------------- 1/4 cup  Let's start  Step 1.   Heat milk and reduce it till becomes half. Add cashew, almond powder and stir for couple of minutes.   Step 2.  Now add sugar and cardamom powder, stir till the sugar desolve, kulfi mixture is ready.  Switch off the stove and let it cool.   Step 3.   Wash the mangoes. Cut  the top of the mango by slicing the head/ cap of the mango, r etain this cap.   Now with the help of knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed.   Step 4.   Firmly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Aloo Posto is a popular dish from Bengal. This dish needs very few ingredients and is very easy to make. Ingredients  Potatoes ----------------- 500 gm Onion -------------------- 2 Turmeric ---------------- pinch of (optional) Garlic -------------------- 2 clove (optional)  Poppy seeds ------------ 1/3 cup Onion seeds (Kalonji) --- 1/5 tsp Dry red chilli ------------- 2 Green chilli --------------- 2 Salt to taste -------------- :) Mustard oil for cooking -- :) Let's start  Step 1.
