Stuffed Mango Kulfi

Full fat milk ------------- 1 litter
Mango ------------------- 4 
Cashew ------------------ 8 to 9
Almond ------------------ 5 to 8
Green cardamom ------- 2 
Sugar ------------------- 1/4 cup 

Let's start 

Step 1. Heat milk and reduce it till becomes half. Add cashew, almond powder and stir for couple of minutes. 

Step 2.  Now add sugar and cardamom powder, stir till the sugar desolve, kulfi mixture is ready. Switch off the stove and let it cool. 

Step 3. Wash the mangoes. Cut the top of the mango by slicing the head/ cap of the mango, retain this cap. Now with the help of knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. 

Step 4. Firmly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Now pull it out. Place the mango in a small cup/glass so it stands upright.

Step 5. Fill the kulfi mixture into mangoes. 

Step 6.  Put the mango cap back and freeze it for 8-9 hrs.

Step 7. Once the mangoes are frozen, peel them and then slice and serve. Garnish with pistachio.
