Banana (medium size) ------- 1/2 mashed 

Apple sauce ------------------- 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)

Silken Tofu ------------------- 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) 



HOW TO SUBSTITUTE  EGG FOR COOKIES AND BROWNIES


FOR EACH WHOLE EGG, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE IT WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

EGG SUBSTITUTES FOR COOKIES

 Ground flax seed --------------- 1 tbsp + 3 tbsp water

 Sweetened Condensed Milk ---- 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) 


EGG SUBSTITUTES FOR BROWNIES

Ground Flax Seed ------------ 1 tbsp + 3 tbsp water

Banana (medium size)-------- 1/2 mashed

Apple sauce --------------------1/4 cup (4 tbsp) 

Yogurt (vegan or regular) -----1/4 cups (4 tbsp) 

Buttermilk --------------------- 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)


*Silken Tofu -------------------- 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) 



NOTES*  
  • Flax seeds as an egg substitute,1 tablespoon ground Flax Seed + 3 tablespoon water = 1 egg.
  • Grind the Flax Seeds in a coffee grinder, mix with water. Allow it to rest till it becomes gelatinous, then use.
  • Tofu as an egg substitute,1/4 cup blended Silken Tofu = 1 egg.
  • In a blender blend it  until completely smooth and creamy, leaving no graininess or chunks. Now it is ready to use as an egg substitute in your recipes.
